Almaty → Moscow route
Cargo is accepted at the КАРГО.KZ warehouse (Address and receiving hours — confirm with your manager), consolidated, and dispatched by rail in a groupage shipment. Typical transit: 5 days.
After arrival in Moscow, the consignee picks up the shipment at a pickup point (PVZ) around the clock (24/7) or orders a taxi to their address themselves. KARGO.KZ does not provide courier delivery to the door in Russia.
Note: From 1 June 2026, SPOT/QR requirements mainly apply to road entry into Russia. For rail shipments via КАРГО.KZ, the paperwork flow may differ — confirm with your manager before dispatch.
Pricing and calculation
Kazakhstan → Russia: documents, parcels and groupage cargo within shipping terms. Rail groupage guide: rated weight × $2.10/kg and a per-piece fee; the on-page calculator applies the full formula; final price depends on weight and shipping terms.
Calculator shows a preliminary total — base 2.1 $/kg. Amount is calculated using the current tariff formula. Services not included in the tariff and any discount are agreed separately.
